Welcome to Pres House.
This place is about community. Pres House is a campus ministry affiliated with the Presbyterian Church USA, but open to those of all Christian denominations as well as individuals who may be exploring their faith and spirituality. Here, you’ll find a worshipping community of students and others associated with the university that is open and welcoming to others. If you’re interested in learning more, please drop in to worship, faith discussion group, or any of the other ongoing Pres House events.

Jonathan Thornhill
I’m currently a 2nd-year PhD student in economics. Pres House has been an important spiritual and social home for me during my graduate career. It provides a nurturing environment to continue learning about my own faith as well as a social network of friendly faces outside my own graduate program. I’m currently the moderator of the Pres House Team, a student leadership team. I’m happy to serve the Pres House community in this leadership role and I look forward to seeing the community grow in the future.

Jake Schieffer
I am a second year undergraduate student in engineering mechanics and I have been attending worship at Pres House since the fall of my freshman year. Pres House has been important for me throughout college because it has provided a place for me to think about things beyond class and the daily routine. I am the vice-moderator of the Pres House Team, and the group has been a great way for me to grow in my faith and get more involved with Pres House, especially in a leadership role.
