The Pres House Residence offers a unique option in student housing at UW - Madison.  Designed to instill a healthy atmosphere that will be conducive to studying and learning, Pres House Residence will enhance your university experience and provide many opportunities to grow.

This new residence offers high quality apartments for 240 students. Adjacent to the Pres House in the heart of the university campus, this unique community is much more than a place to eat and sleep. Guided by our staff it is a supportive home where you will build lifelong friendships and have the opportunity to engage in spiritual exploration, volunteer service, and fellowship.

Students from all backgrounds are welcome at the Pres House Residence.  We have something for everyone with everything from 1-5 bedroom furnished apartments available, each with their own balcony. You may choose a single or shared bedroom.

Pres House Fellowship

Live at the Pres House Residence and be a part of a special program. The Pres House Fellowship provides:
1. Community Fellowship - events designed for you to meet your neighbors in the building and learn something new.
2. Scholarship Fellowship - a rent credit to make living at the Pres House Residence more affordable.
